Book Nerd Cover Reveal
A fiery, action-packed installment in Mari Mancusi's heart-pounding Scorched trilogy
Trinity, Connor, and Caleb are trying to stay under the radar, holed up in an abandoned West Texas farmhouse. Their only problem is Emmy: a baby dragon that's growing like crazy. When Emmy is caught on tape and the video goes viral, they find themselves on the run again. Their only hope comes from an old map leading to a man who has come from the future to help them. But with the government hot on their heels and Caleb's growing addiction to spending time in the Nether world, will they be able to reach him in time? And will keeping Emmy safe end up being too high a price for Trinity to pay?
Shattered will be releasing on September 01, 2014 by Sourcebooks Fire.

ReplyDeleteThe cover is beautiful! I am in BEYOND LOVE with that necklace too! Now back to your question...
ReplyDeleteI love the different takes that people have on the and all of the different things that they bring to the table. I personally believe, that they are misunderstood and not always as evil as they are made out to be :)
Dragons are just giant awesomeness
ReplyDeleteThe shimmering scales, the fascinating tales, the fantastical hoards.... what is not to like?
ReplyDeleteDragons are huge. They can fly and breathe fire. I think the breathing fire is what is so mesmerizing about them.
ReplyDeleteI like that they breathe fire what no other creature does, and also they're huge and very dangerous.
ReplyDeleteI like the variety of types of dragons, from sweet little cartoony ones to hell-fire breathing ones. I love to paint them www.libbydoddart.com
ReplyDeleteI love the different types of dragons and how the myths are found in many places of the world. It would be cool if they actually existed
